What grid layouts can I choose?
Four presets: 2×2 (4 cells), 3×3 (9 cells), 2×3 (2 columns × 3 rows = 6 cells), and 3×2 (3 columns × 2 rows = 6 cells). Drop as many images as you want — only the first N (where N = cols × rows) are placed in the grid, in the order shown in the thumbnail list. Extra images are kept in the list but skipped in the collage.
What's the difference between Contain and Cover?
Contain (default) letterboxes each image inside its cell — the entire image is visible and centered, with background-colored bars filling any empty space. Cover fills the entire cell with the image — the image is scaled to cover the cell and any overflow is cropped (centered). Use Cover for a tile-like uniform look, Contain when every pixel of every photo must be visible.
What canvas sizes are supported?
Three: Square 1080×1080 (perfect for Instagram posts), Portrait 1080×1350 (Instagram portrait), and Landscape 1080×608 (Facebook link thumbnails and banner-style images). All three are capped at 2048px max side internally to prevent OOM when compositing many large images.
Does my image leave my device?
No. All compositing happens in your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API. Your images are never uploaded to any server. Object URLs are revoked when you remove a thumbnail or reset the tool.
