How do I calculate square footage?
Square footage = length × width, both in feet. For a 12 ft × 10 ft room: 12 × 10 = 120 sq ft. For irregular shapes, split into rectangles, calculate each, then add them together using the multi-room mode.
How do I convert square feet to square meters?
1 square meter = 10.7639 square feet. To convert sq ft → sq m, divide by 10.7639. To convert sq m → sq ft, multiply by 10.7639. This calculator does the conversion automatically when you switch the input unit.
How do I calculate square footage of a multi-room house?
